Sean violated PA legislation 1933, act 69 section 404-b by having the township auditor on the planning commission, which goes against the principle that no auditor shall simultaneously hold any other elective or appointive position or be an employee of the township for which he has been elected or appointed. Resolution 2021-11 was implemented under the Sean Frisco administration to censor township residents in Upper Frederick Township, preventing them from asking questions about the board's unethical and unlawful actions in government. This ordinance relegated public comments to only those that were pre-approved and on the agenda, aligning with certain conservative values. It imposed fines and potential jail time for those who did not comply, and Sean even called the State Police on one resident for non-compliance. This controversial measure was dismantled under the new Landman administration, which is more supportive of endorsed candidates who prioritize transparency.
