While township supervisor, self proclaimed Republican Committee Chairman, RINO Sean Frisco was recruiting UFT officials to grow his business.

Sitting township manager at the time calling Sean Frisco out for his unethical actions.
As township supervisor it appears Sean Frisco was selling out UFT negotiating with large scale housing developers while attempting to grow his own land development and real estate goals, flying drones over the homes of township residents to obtain video footage for national advertising. This was done without permission of the township residents who own the homes that are shown in violation of their right to privacy.

Ethics Violations

Official government positions filled in violation of law.
Sean illegally had the township auditor on the planning commission in violation of PA legislation 1933, act 69 section 404-b.
"No auditor shall at the same time hold any other elective or appointive position or be an employee of the township for which he has been elected or appointed."
Criminalization of Free Speech in UFT?
Resolution 2021-11 was implemented under the Sean Frisco administration to censor township residents to keep them from asking questions about the boards unethical and unlawful actions in government. The relegated public comments to only what was pre approved and on the agenda. It provided for fines and possible jail time for those who did not comply. Sean even called the State Police on one resident for non compliance.
This ordinance was dismantled under the new Landman administration.
